• Thurs. June 10th, 6-9 pm (Closing Reception):

Our truly wonderful show, "On the Edge" featuring vintage works on paper by San Jose artist Richard Gullion, is going to have a closing reception featuring Artist's Cupcakes and wine (not sure how well these go together but it should be fun). Richard's drawings are from a wonderfully edgy and productive period during the 1970's and 80's. They reflect the state of San Jose when urban blight had overwhelmed downtown. They are mixed media and collage on paper and are quite spectacular and evocative. (see our featured artists page to see a slide show of Richard's work)

Other artists in the current show include Chris Elliman (with two large new gorgeous mixed media works inspired by the Alice in Wonderland story), Michael Buscemi, Luis Gutierrez, Jenifer Bacon, Julia Jacobson, Inna Razmahova, Deborah Mills Thackrey, Eric Ziemelis, Paul Indman, and Laura Callin Bennett.
